Refund and Return Policy

Returns
You may request a return within 1-3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The packaging must be intact and unopened.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Return Time Frame
Returns must be shipped back to us within 3 days of your return request being approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare or wellness products

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions

  • Personalized or custom-made items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or store credit as applicable.
